Real Estate Outline: Meet the Coaches
Your Real Estate Coaching package telephone sessions from a Professional Real Estate Coach. Each of your sessions will last between 30 – 40 minutes. These sessions are designed to help you achieve your individual real estate investment goals. Your coach will work with you the way you want them to work - step by step and one on one. They will teach you skills to solve real-world real estate problems with practical actions that drive results quickly.
Your coach will teach you the most innovative, lucrative and exciting real estate investing there is. After each session with your coach, you will receive assignments to help you learn more rapidly.
CWA understands that as a student in our program you may often have quick questions that need quick attention and, therefore we have set up a resource line for that purpose. Throughout the workweek, we allow all of our students to utilize the resource line as a tool to help them in their education. This allows our students to have unlimited access to call in and schedule as many appointments as needed with a qualified coach. Please feel free to contact our coaching department for an appointment with a resource coach at any time between 11:00am to 6:00 pm -Monday to Friday MST.
Students are still eligible for unlimited reactive coaching session even after they have completed their agreed upon proactive sessions with their assigned coach. All students will have access to work with our coaches for 12 full months for powerful real estate education.
NOTE: After the proactive sessions are completed, the responsibility lies with the student to call our coaching office to schedule any and all appointments.
As your coach is teaching you new real estate principles, you will be able to use your manual as well. The manual will allow you to take notes and recall which topics were discussed in your weekly sessions. Additional materials may be supplied as determined by your coach. After meeting with your coach for the first time, he/she will determine what other tools will be helpful in your education. Some of the tools may or may not include additional notebooks, CD’s, websites specifically designed for real estate investors, educational materials, and other valuable real estate materials.
The one-on-one coaching relationship allows you, the student, to suggest to your assigned coach which areas you would like to concentrate on and helps you to fully understand a principle before moving on to the next. Because you are in control of the direction of the mentoring program, the following real estate topics are only suggestions of what can be covered during the program. These topics can, and probably will be, altered to meet your needs:
- Building a Power Team
- Evaluating and Analyzing properties
- Negotiating
- Foreclosures
- Pre-construction
- Real Estate Notes
- Abandoned Properties
- Tax liens and deeds
- Lease options
- Notes,

- Hard Money Programs/ Creative financing
- Tax sheltering and corporate set-up.
