Fred Tingley, BA, JD

Brings 10 years of real estate coaching and 25 years of real estate investing experience to the students he personally coaches. As a lawyer, real estate broker and developer, Fred's knowledgeable advice has earned hundreds of thousands of dollars for his students.

Fred's decision to mentor students in depth was based on his genuine concern for the success of his students and his desire to deliver superior products and services based on current real world experience. Having provided coaching services to other real estate "gurus," Fred had become disillusioned by the fact that none of these so-called experts had remained active in real estate but had become seminar speakers.

Even though Fred has a passion for teaching his students, he remains active in real estate as a general partner in two new 500 plus lot developments in Nevada and Arizona. Fred is also the current owner of nearly 30 single and multi family units in California, Utah and Texas.

Mel Feller

Mel got started in the business world at the age of 16. In fact, his parent’s valuable lessons in business and economics helped Mel realize that real estate investing was the way to go in order to create real wealth. So, Mel and his father went out and found a 3 bedroom home in Utah and purchased it for $9,000.00 dollars. Moreover, Mel and his father were able to buy it for no out of pocket expenses through owner financing.

In 1976, at the age of 18, Mel graduated from high school and took the Utah real estate exam and passed. After 19 months in the business, he became a “million dollar producer.” This was quite an accomplishment because the average home was selling for $55,000.00. Mel quickly learned that by selling real estate and owning real estate he was quickly accomplishing his financial goals!

Mel holds Bachelor Degrees in Political Science, Accounting and Legal Studies and 2 Master Degrees in Public Administration and Human Resources. He then decided to take the LSAT exam and attend law school. But as fate would have it, Mel passed the exam and was accepted. However, he chose a different path, declined to attend law school and went to work for a United States Senator.

Mel has been coaching and mentoring in real estate for over 12 years for real estate investors such as: Carlton Sheets, Ron Legrand, AD Kessler, Roger Neil, Peter Lowe, Al Lowery, Omar Periu, Tom Hopkins, Roger Butcher, John Beck, Ted Thomas, John Stefanchik, Franklin Day Planners, Steven Covey, Mathew Lesko, Grant Writing and Government Money. Mel has also consulted with various business startups both on and off the internet. He is also proficient in coaching and the application of technology in both the realtor/investor world.

Mel has written 2 books on the topics of creative real-estate financing and innovations. He has also conducted seminars in both the US and Canada on real estate and various topics. He has shared the stage with such known figures as: Presidents Ronald Reagan, George Bush Senior, Bill Clinton, Zig Ziglar, Raymond Aaron, Chris Johnson, Reggie Brooks… and many others over the years.

In addition to developing his own real estate course, Mel has written many books on: grants, internet marketing, small business start-up, as well as eBay. He is also a certified eBay education specialist.

Mel has appeared on several radio and television shows and is currently producing and hosting his own radio show in Texas entitled, "Multiple Secrets to Success."

In addition to his real estate ventures, Mel owns and operates several other companies. 3 of his main companies are:

Coaching for Success, which is a coaching company that specializes in personal development, leadership, time management, business plans, grant and proposal funding and research, and relationship training. He has worked with several thousand clients over the last 15 years.
Feller Land and Cattle is a Texas Corporation that is structured for the acquisition of residential, commercial, retail properties as well as agricultural land and cattle in Texas, Utah and Wyoming.
Mel Feller Financial Services Group is the main group that focuses on both educational and hands on training and consulting with business-to-business ventures in all sorts of financial services.
Mel shares the management duties with wife, and his best friend Tina Feller. The Feller’s currently reside in the great state of Texas.

Brett Thompson

Brett has been investing in real estate for over six years. After working for a large corporation for over ten years, he realized climbing the “corporate ladder” would never get him to where he wanted to be. "Being a corporate puppet is not my style."

After running a small wholesaling business for three years, Brett realized, to achieve the life style he really wanted, investing in real estate would be the vehicle most suitable to get him there.

So, after dropping his side business, Brett signed up for a real estate investing mentoring program. With credit challenges, and very little money at his disposal, he used "Sandwich" lease/purchase to get into his first investment property!

After utilizing the “sandwich” lease/purchase strategy to get off to a good start, Brett began incorporating other methods of seller financing techniques such as: “wrap around mortgages” and taking property “subject to.” Brett’s sole focus was to start building his real estate foundation so that he could add additional techniques such as: flipping properties and longer term investing.

Brett was able to finally quit his job completely after less than 2 years of investing. He now specializes in creative financing and using the concept, O.P.M (other people's money), to find and flip properties.

Brett has been coaching for many years now and really loves to teach and give back to his students so others can change their lives for the better and enjoy what real estate investing has done for him and his family.

Biography: Jon Bostrom

Through associating with several real estate investment firms over the past several years, I have gained an insight with coaching/mentoring because the experience continually challenges me; the exposure to the various clients and their needs have taught me the diversity, and at the same time, the common concerns of every investor.

In addition, I have presented and directed several Real Estate Income Investment seminars that encompass the entire investment program. Setting of Goals, Lending/Financial Aspects of Investing, Property Management, Asset Protection/Insurance issues, Legal Entities and Taking Title, and Exit Strategies for the Investor are only some of the major areas of consideration presented at various seminars in Southern California. Equity build-up through appreciation, cash flow and servicing of properties are also my expertise.

While each investor has their individual challenges and goals, most are very concerned about their retirement; striving to remove some of the uncertainty of the future regarding: education for their children, their level of retirement income, medical concerns, and later, support for surviving members of their immediate family.

My investing of the past seven years through income properties has been profitable in a multitude of experiences: developing the skills to manage my property managers, reviewing property management contracts and lease agreements, negotiating with loan brokers, reviewing and selecting the most appropriate lending programs for particular properties, establishing relationships with insurance brokers and selecting the best policy coverage available for the property, working with cooperative real estate brokers and negotiating the best possible terms through the various acquisitions of single family and multi-unit income property.

My financial/analyst’s ability to invest has come partially through some of my background as a high school (university prep) mathematics teacher of 35 years. During the last six years of teaching, I began investing with income property, developing the skills necessary to acquire an investment portfolio to successfully augment my retirement pension income. To work my way through the university, I have previously worked as a California licensed real estate salesman and currently hold a California Real Estate license.
